Scope
These terms apply to purchases that consumers make in the online shop for delivery in the United Kingdom. They apply together with the information at checkout and on the Delivery and Returns and cancellations pages.
The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the website when you place your order. The shop is in English.
Orders and contract
- You add items to your cart and go to checkout.
- You enter your email address, mobile number and delivery address, choose a delivery option and accept these terms. Before you continue to payment, you can check and correct your details and go back to your cart.
- You pay on the payment service provider's secure payment page.
- When your payment has been accepted, we send an order confirmation to your email address.
The contract is concluded when your payment has been accepted and we have confirmed your order by email. If the payment does not go through, no purchase is made.
We keep a record of your order. The order confirmation contains the details of your purchase, so please keep it.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. They are the final price for the goods. Shipping is added on top. You see the shipping cost and the total amount at checkout before you pay.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Klarna. You pay on our payment service provider's secure payment page. We never have access to your card details.
If a price is obviously wrong, for example because of a typing error, we are not bound by it. If you have already paid, you then get the full amount back.
Delivery
We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. You can see the delivery options, delivery times and shipping costs on the Delivery page and at checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract was concluded.
The goods are at our risk until you have received them. If delivery is late, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for example to cancel the purchase and get your money back under certain conditions.
Right to cancel
You have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the goods. You pay the cost of returning them. How to cancel, which exceptions apply and how refunds work are explained on the Returns and cancellations page, where you will also find the model cancellation form.
Complaints and guarantees
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We are responsible for faults that were present when you received the goods.
You have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Make your complaint within a reasonable time after you notice the fault. How to complain is explained on the Returns and cancellations page.
If you no longer have the 30-day right to reject, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement free of charge. If that is not possible, or is not done within a reasonable time, you can claim a price reduction or exercise the final right to reject. We pay the cost of returning faulty goods.
These are your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused after delivery through accident or misuse, do not count as faults.
If we or the manufacturer offer a guarantee for a product, it applies in addition to your statutory rights and never limits them.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or other obstacles caused by circumstances beyond our control that we could not reasonably foresee or avoid, such as natural disasters, war, strikes or decisions by public authorities. This does not affect your right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.
We never limit our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for personal injury or for damage we have caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your purchase. How we do this and what rights you have are explained on the Privacy policy page.
Applicable law
These terms and your contract with us are governed by the law of England and Wales. This never deprives you of the protection you have under mandatory consumer law, such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Disputes
Not happy? Please contact us first at [email] and we will try to find a solution together with you.
If we cannot agree, you can get help outside the courts:
- We will let you know if an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme is available for your complaint.
- Where offered, you can refer the dispute to an independent ADR provider: [ADR provider].
- Using ADR is voluntary, and we are not obliged to take part unless we have agreed to do so.
You can also take the matter to the courts of England and Wales.
