How do the curlers work?
The Coanda airflow pulls the hair towards the barrel and wraps it around. There are two curlers, one for each direction, so you can curl away from the face on both sides. It takes a few tries before you get the technique.
How hot does it get?
According to Shark, FlexStyle measures the temperature 1,000 times a second and never exceeds 110 °C. You choose between three heat and airflow settings, and Cool Shot gives a cool burst that sets the style.
Will it suit my hair?
Shark states FlexStyle is made for all hair types. The brushes and concentrator suit straight, wavy, curly and coily hair, while the curlers work best on straight and wavy hair.
How is it different from FlexStyle 5-in-1 HD446?
This one has curlers in two sizes (24 and 32 mm), FrizzFighter and hair clips, but no paddle brush or diffuser. HD446 has a paddle brush and diffuser instead.

A FlexStyle in cherry pink with five stylers: curlers in two sizes, FrizzFighter, oval brush and styling concentrator. Twist the head and the dryer turns into a styling wand.
Two 32 mm curlers give bigger curls for longer hair, and two 24 mm curlers give tighter curls that suit short and medium-length hair. The FrizzFighter attachment is used last to smooth flyaways, the oval brush adds volume and the concentrator gives smooth blow-dries.
Four alligator clips help you section the hair, and everything fits in the bag included. The appliance weighs about 700 grams according to Shark.
