No, according to Nintendo the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller is only for use with Nintendo Switch 2.
How do I charge it?
With the included USB cable or a Nintendo Switch 2 AC adapter. A full charge takes about 3 hours.
Can the battery be replaced?
Not by yourself. According to Nintendo it can be replaced for a fee via Nintendo's customer support.

Description
The Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller is the classic controller for longer sessions at the TV. It has HD Rumble 2, motion controls, a built-in amiibo reader and a C Button for GameChat.
On the back are GL and GR buttons you can map yourself. The battery lasts about 40 hours and charges in about 3 hours with the included USB cable. A 3.5 mm jack lets you plug in headphones or a headset.
