Product FAQ

Which candles fit?

It is made for regular dinner candles. We do not have the exact holder diameter, so check that the candle sits firmly.

Is a candle included?

No, it is sold without a candle and individually.

What should I keep in mind while it burns?

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets. Keep candles out of draughts and apart from each other, and put it out when about a centimetre is left. Also read the safety text on the packaging.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Delivery options and times are on our Delivery page. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 3-year right to complain – see the Returns page.
