Product FAQ

Which size should I choose?

Heat Experience's size guide, in cm – circumference around the knuckles without the thumb / length from wrist to index fingertip: XS 16–18 / 16–18 · S 18–20 / 18–19 · M 20–21.5 / 19–20 · L 21–22.5 / 20–21 · XL 22–24 / 21–22. XXL is larger than XL. For a tighter fit, go for the smaller size.

How do I charge the batteries?

Two rechargeable batteries and a charging cable are included. According to Heat Experience you need a USB adapter delivering at least 5 V/3 A; it is not included. Charge indoors, never unattended, and don't wear the gloves while charging.

How do I wash them?

Remove the batteries. Hand wash only in lukewarm water; don't wring or turn inside out. Hang to dry, not directly on a radiator.

Is the heat safe, and can I sleep with it on?

Do not sleep with the heat on. Start on the lowest level and only go higher if needed, and check your skin for redness regularly. If you find it hard to feel heat and cold, for example with diabetes or poor circulation, or if you have sensitive skin, ask a doctor before using the product. Children should only use it under adult supervision. Never charge the batteries unattended and don't use a damaged battery, says Heat Experience.

Can I take the battery on a plane?

The glove batteries are 7.4 V / 2,200 mAh lithium polymer, about 16.3 Wh each (calculated), below the usual 100 Wh limit. Loose batteries and power banks go in your carry-on, not in checked baggage. Rules differ between airlines, so always check before you travel.

How fast will it arrive, and can I change my mind?

Delivery options and times are on our Delivery page. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 3-year right to complain – see the Returns page.
