On the desk or in the bedroom
The compact fan takes little space and gives an even airflow where you sit – without blowing papers off the desk in choppy gusts.
An even airflow
Air is drawn into the base and accelerated over a wing-shaped ramp in the loop, pulling the surrounding air along.
Display off in night mode
In night mode the display switches off and the fan runs quieter. The sleep timer switches it off after the time you choose.

★★★★★Brilliant asset
Found this oscillating fan excellent. Easy to carry from lounge to bedroom. Very stable on my carpet while other types topple over. Brilliant at night, nearly silent and light goes off when on night mode with adjustable airflow. Been a definite asset during this summer heat.

★★★★★CF1 Desk Fan – new controls even better
This is the second CF1 desk fan we have purchased. The controls on the fan are now easier to use and the night-mode turns the display off which is great. Both are exceptionally quiet and excellent fans.

Description
A desk fan with no visible blades, for the desk, the bedside table or the kitchen worktop. According to Dyson, Air Multiplier technology amplifies the surrounding air up to 13 times into an even airflow of over 370 litres per second.
The motor housing has a silencer that reduces noise, and in night mode the display switches off and the fan runs quieter – down to 29 dBA according to Dyson. A brushless DC motor draws about 30 W at most, and the sleep timer switches it off when you want.
You choose the oscillation angle, tilt the fan by hand and adjust the speed with a single dial or the remote. With no blades it's easy to wipe clean.
