Which gimbals does the grip fit?
The source states DJI RS 3 and that it does not fit RS 3 Pro or RS 2. BG21 is also the grip supplied with DJI RS 4.
How long does it last?
Up to 12 hours according to DJI, depending on camera and use.
Can I take the batteries on a plane?
The batteries are lithium batteries (Ronin BG21 Grip 21 Wh). Under 100 Wh they can normally travel in hand luggage, but not in checked baggage. Discharge them to about 30 %, protect the terminals and always check your airline's rules before you travel.

Description
BG21 is a battery grip that works as both handle and battery for the gimbal. With a spare grip you swap batteries and keep filming, and it gives up to 12 hours of run time according to DJI.
The grip charges through its own USB-C port, even when it is not on the gimbal, with PD fast charging. A full charge takes at most about 2.5 hours.
